NewPrinces Group has been awarded the “Special Award Finance for Growth” (Premio Speciale Finanza per la Crescita) at the XXII edition of the M&A Award, held in Milan at the Centro Svizzero.
The initiative celebrates each year the most significant mergers and acquisitions completed in the Italian market, recognising companies that leverage M&A as a strategic driver of growth and competitiveness for the country.
