A Significant Milestone: Princes Group plc Listed on the London Stock Exchange

We are pleased to announce that on 31 October 2025, Princes Group plc, leader in the UK with iconic brands such as Napolina, Crisp ‘n Dry, Princes and Branston Baked Beans, was officially listed on the London Stock Exchange.

Through the Offer, Princes Group successfully raised £400 million, bringing the market capitalisation at Admission to £1,162 million.

NewPrinces S.p.A. remains the majority shareholder of Princes Group, with the allocation of 42 million newly issued Ordinary Shares at the Offer Price, corresponding to a stake of 82.7% of the share capital, for a total value of approximately £200 million. This investment demonstrates NewPrinces’ confidence in the strategy, management and growth trajectory of Princes Group.
