NewPrinces Expands Its Portfolio with the Acquisition of Diageo Operations Italy

We are proud to announce the signing of a binding agreement to acquire Diageo Operations Italy S.p.A., including the Santa Vittoria d’Alba (CN) production facility, specialised in the production of spirits, low- or non-alcoholic beverages, and ready-to-drink (RTD) formats. The transaction is expected to close by the end of the year.

With the addition of the Santa Vittoria d’Alba facility, we are taking a strategic step forward in the growth of our Group.

The integration of this site significantly expands our presence in the beverage sector: building on our established leadership in non-alcoholic drinks in the UK, we are now entering high-potential segments such as spirits, low- or non-alcoholic beverages, and RTD formats. This acquisition will allow us to generate industrial and commercial synergies, accelerate entry into high-margin categories, and leverage our distribution platforms.

Through this acquisition, we strengthen our European expansion strategy and lay the foundations for a future of innovation, efficiency, and growth, consolidating our position as a key player in the beverage industry.
