NewPrinces SpA included in the Intermonte Valore Italia Index
We're proud to announce that we have been selected among the one hundred listed companies on Borsa Italiana included in the Intermonte Valore Italia Index, dedicated to SMEs with a market capitalisation below €1 billion and not part of the FTSE MIB index.
The Index aims to enhance the universe of Italian listed small and medium-sized enterprises by fostering the connection between entrepreneurship, capital markets and investors, while increasing visibility and diversification opportunities within the market.
Constituent companies are selected according to strict criteria, including financial strength, liquidity, transparency, governance standards and analyst coverage, with the objective of representing a significant and high-quality segment of the Italian equity market.
The Index is part of the PMI2CHANGE initiative, promoted by Banca Generali and presented at Palazzo Mezzanotte, the headquarters of Borsa Italiana, with the support of Intermonte. The initiative is designed to support the growth and competitiveness of Italian listed SMEs, addressing challenges related to liquidity and market valuation.
Building on the Index, an actively managed, PIR-compliant ETF has also been launched by Banca Generali in collaboration with Investlinx and Intermonte, with the aim of channeling new investment flows towards the Italian SME universe.
