Princes Ready to Drink S.p.A. is Born: Acquisition of Diageo Operations Italy Completed
We are pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of Diageo Operations Italy S.p.A., the company that operates the production facility in Santa Vittoria d’Alba (CN), Italy. From today, the company officially becomes part of the NewPrinces Group under its new name, Princes Ready to Drink S.p.A.
The transaction, announced last June, represents a strategic step to strengthen NewPrinces’ presence in the ready-to-drink beverages, spirits, and low-alcohol beverages sectors, expanding the portfolio in high-margin, fast-growing categories.
Through this acquisition, the Group will be able to optimize production and logistics costs, develop industrial synergies, and integrate the site in Santa Vittoria d’Alba into its European network, leveraging the distribution platform for non-alcoholic beverages in the United Kingdom.
