Every day we interact with a wide and diverse network of stakeholders, our Stakeholders, each with specific interests, expectations and needs towards us.
For this reason, we consider it essential to establish a constructive dialogue with our Stakeholders, adopting a focused and differentiated approach, capable of effectively responding to the needs of each group and promoting transparent, open and continuous communication.
This method enables us not only to strengthen relationships over time, but also to implement concrete actions to reduce the negative impacts of our activities and enhance the positive ones, always in line with our sustainability values and goals.
To make this involvement real and ongoing, we make use of various modes of interaction-such as one-on-one meetings, workshops, and online surveys-that help us better understand changing dynamics, catch early signs of change, and adjust our strategies accordingly in an informed and flexible manner.
